Custom Order Policy

Custom freshies are $15 each and ship 7–10 business days after you approve your design proof.

1. Place your order. Choose your scent and color, then add your idea, name, photo or colors in the order notes.
2. Get your proof. Within 2 business days, we'll email a mock-up of your design to the email on your order.
3. Approve or tweak. You get up to 2 rounds of changes free. Reply "approved" when you love it, and we start making it.
4. We make and ship it. Your freshie ships 7–10 business days after approval.

Good to know

• If we don't hear back within 7 days of sending your proof, we'll follow up once. After 14 days with no reply, we'll make it as shown on the proof.
• Once you approve the proof, the order can't be cancelled or refunded, since it's made just for you. Damaged or defective custom items are still covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
• We can't make designs that use team logos, brand logos, characters or other trademarked artwork, or anything offensive. If your request includes these, we'll suggest an alternative or refund you in full.
• Names and text are made exactly as approved on the proof, so please check spelling carefully.
