By using madeprettybypreslie.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Made Pretty By Preslie ("we," "us") is a small handmade business, and the store runs on Shopify.
- Orders. An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we'll fully refund you if we do.
- Prices. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. You pay the price shown when you check out. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- Product descriptions and photos. We try to show every freshie accurately. Screens display colors differently, and handmade items vary slightly, so your freshie may not match the photo exactly.
- Intended use. Freshies are decorative air fresheners, not toys and not for eating. Use them as described on our Freshie Care & Safety page. We aren't responsible for damage to vehicles, surfaces or belongings from misuse, heat or direct contact.
- Custom designs. When you send us text, photos or artwork for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline any design request. We may share photos of finished custom pieces on our website and social media unless you ask us not to.
- Our designs. The photos, designs and text on this site belong to Made Pretty By Preslie. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.
- Refunds and shipping. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.
- Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
