We ship within the United States only. Orders of 3 or more freshies ship free with Standard shipping.

Processing time

Ready-made freshies ship in 3-5 business days. Custom orders ship in 7-10 business days after you approve your proof. Orders aren't processed on weekends or holidays.

Address errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package comes back to us, we'll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then email support@madeprettybypreslie.com within 7 days and we'll help file a claim with the carrier. Packages marked delivered are the carrier's responsibility.

Heat warning

Freshies can soften in very hot weather. Bring your package inside promptly, especially in summer.
